Today's Report

Quit Date: 7/17/2006 8:00:00 AM
1 day, 3 hours, 5 minutes and 12 seconds smoke free
17 cigarettes not smoked
$3.75 and 3 hours of life saved

I feel a little miserable in that Bukowski/Thompson sort of way, but that's to be expected. I'm trying to make this the last time I quit...

  • You can do it Pete! You are bulletproof! Keep it up. Maybe if you fill the void with some healthy activities like walking in Forest Park that will help. This weekend, the river is the place to be, it's gonna be HOT! Way too hot for smoking!

  • Be careful who you drink with.

  • YOU CAN DO IT!!! Don't give up...think about all those wonderful minutes you could potentially be adding to your life. Then again, some believe that your destiny is already set and you can't mess that up...but at least you won't have to smell like cigarettes if you quit. I'm backing you!
